Autumn recipe

I made a list of my favorite recipes for autumn. I love the nature in the fall. I love foraging mushrooms and cooking them.

Boletus cream soup

Enjoy! Happy cooking!

  2. Mushroom soup with any mushroom is yummy and mushroom soup with Boletus must be out of this world!

If any of your readers havenโ€™t tried this delectable mushroom, itโ€™s worth seeking out! Thanks for posting!

  3. This post makes me wish for some mushrooms. I do not know if they are selling them at our Saturday market here in Carcassonne, France. Iโ€™ll have to ask my partner. He does both the shopping and cooking. I specialize in eating!

  4. My Aunt lived in California and we were very lucky to to get over to visit her.. At a meal we went to with her – and the food in America seems to be bigger in all ways than what we eat at home in the UK – she bought my son and i a Pumpkin Pie to take back to where we were staying – a whole pumpkin pie!. The sad thing love vegetables and fruit but not pumpkin. Its a marmite thing – except to carve at Halloween. Maybe its the bright color – like beetroot – thou with beetroot, its also the texture and smell. Your recipe is probably lovely as almost all of them are. Its just me.

  5. This looks DELICIOUS! I’ve never used a sweet pumpkin like this before and never heard of these mushrooms! Great blog post! Maybe I’ll search these ingredients to make this recipe! Thank you for sharing! โค๏ธ
