Christmas cooking can be daunting. The pressure to make it good, make it tasty, and just make it work is big. Planning ahead is the key.
It always starts with choosing the right menu. Sorting out what you’re going to cook and when, and then prepping the dishes, is the secret to Christmas Day success.
Think easy starters and alternative main courses, sides that are worth it for the leftovers alone, and mouth-watering desserts that’ll leave you with a big old smile on your face. Don’t forget about the vegetarians and vegans. Here are some of the recipes for a Christmas meal a little different from the traditional ones.

Sarmale – Nests of meat stuffed wine vines rolls

Stuffed peppers with turkey breast

Spicy turkey breast in beer sauce

Desserts

Chocolate dipped mandarin slices

oh the sarma(le) and the baklava are turkish foods! except we use pistachio or walnuts for stuffing the baklava and sugar syrup too, and some butter must be involved.
They look so tasty 😋. The photographs are beautiful. I love them.
