This salad is one of the healthiest salad in the world. I can assure that. I made it for me one day, and I then give it to my husband and my little baby. They love it so much, that now we eat it very often.
Ingredients:
– 1 beetroot baked in the oven and cut in small pieces
– 1 tablespoon flax seeds
– 1 tablespoon olive oil
– 1 lemon juice
– 1 tablespoon chia seeds
– 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
– 1/4 cup nuts
Directions:
Put everything together in a bowl except for some nuts for decoration. Mix it well and then leave it in the fridge for 1-2 hours.Serve it with nuts on top as appetizer or salad for your main meal. Enjoy!
I love beetroot …and this is the best one ..specially adding some seeds …Thank you …you can check out my Moroccan beet salad on my blog too …Have wonderful day 🙂
Thank you. I will do it. I love to try new food from all around the world. Have a great day, too!
Thank you 🙂
Sounds great. Beautiful presentation!
Thank you
It sounds lovely. I should try it on my little girl. I gave her beetroot today and she refused to eat it!
Is an alternative .
Do you ever eat beetroot raw? I use a julienne peeler and add strips of raw beetroot in a salad. It tastes good and adds colour as well.
I love the idea. I will give it a try.
Thank you very much for liking my post! Your food looks very healthy and beautiful. How did you photograph them to look so professional and clean?

Thank you, Izzy. It takes time and practice and of course patience to do it. Most of the time I use natural light. I will put some photos to show the setup and explain the settings on the camera.
Thanks a lot! I definitely haven’t got that sort of patience. Usually I, or my family members get too hungry to wait for a perfect shot or there would be too many people around!
