Vegan wrap

This wrap is my favorite because is vegan and very easy to make.

 Ingredients:

  • Tortilla wraps
  • Tomatoes
  • Cucumber
  • Pesto
  • Corn Flakes
  • Wild garlic leaves

Directions:

On a tortilla spread 1 teaspoon of pesto. I use wild garlic pesto because I think is the best pesto, but this is just my opinion.

Add some slices of tomatoes and cucumber, wild garlic leaves and corn flakes. Wrap the tortilla and enjoy it on the spot or on the lunch break. Or any time of day!

  1. “Cooking Without Limits?” So I would add some pork or chicken slices to really add to the flavor. 😳
    I’ve always said, if vegans are so concerned about animals why are they eating all their food!? 😂

  2. Looks yummy, I must get some pesto and tomatoes (if they are available), I have never heard of wild garlic leaves. There is a lot of stuff like that you can’t get here in New Zealand. Perhaps I could grow it??
