Chocolate spread

This chocolate spread is so good that you will want to lick the knife clean! Has no nuts and white sugar and tastes great on everything.

My friend told me this recipe and I never thought will taste so good. It’s healthy and it takes you like 5 minutes to make it.

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon Tahini sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa
  • 1 tea spoon honey or agave syrup

 Directions:

Put everything in a cup and mix it with a fork. You can spread it on a banana, rice cookie, or on waffles. Try it like this and then you can change the proportions. If you don’t like so much cocoa, use less. If you need to be sweeter use more honey or syrup.

I like eat it on rice cookies with slices of banana. Yummy!

 Enjoy!

  1. This sounds super simple and healthy. I’ve been trying to find something to do with the tahini I have in the fridge. It turns out I don’t really like it, but I bet this could cover the harshness!

  2. sounds delicious i’ll definitely try this. chocolate spread is my favourite but normally so unhealthy!! my father loves tahini so we have plenty in the house.

  3. This is an interesting recipe as someone suggested I use Tahini to make chocolate spread but add Molasses instead. Hmmm, I might just try it. Thanks for sharing!

  4. Looks like a great recipe! I love that it doesn’t use nuts or white sugar! Unfortunately I’m not a tahini fan. Does the tahini flavor come through?

  5. This does sound good, and I think I can handle it. Sometimes the simplest combos of ingredients result in a stupendous eating treat!
