Green tart

Stinging nettles and wild garlic tart

Spring is here and is my favorite time of the year. I get to eat wild garlic and stinging nettles. Yummy!

This is the recipe I love the most in this period of time.

Ingredients:

Directions:

Preheat oven to 220°C/ (200°C for fan assisted ovens). Place a baking sheet in the tray. Put the puff pastry on top of the baking sheet and baked for 10 minutes.

Put the stinging nettles and the wild green garlic in a kitchen robot and add the eggs, milk, nutmeg, salt and pepper and mixed just a little, so all ingredients come together.

Take the pastry out and press it in the middle if is swollen. Put the green mix on top of the pastry and baked for another 15 minutes.

Serve it hot or cold. Enjoy!
