Healthy smoothies

I got out of the hospital a week ago after staying a week for a nasty pneumonia. When I left the hospital my doctor told me to eat a lot of fresh vegetables and fruits.

For a few days I just ate them after I washed them, but after a while I wanted to change it a little bit. So I thought of a few smoothies that could easy my life.

So, here is a list of them that will get you through the day. Enjoy!

  1. So sorry you had pneumonia. I had it in October, no fun. Also, gorgeous pictures! Just one quick recommendation. Since you are just overcoming a serious illness, the more you can eat cooked foods the better, from a Chinese medicine perspective. Steamed oranges are a great option. Happy to send you some recipes if you’d like.

  2. I’m sorry that you had pneumonia. I had it earlier this month. I’m also looking to get more creative with fruits and vegetables. I especially love fruit smoothies. Thank you for sharing your recipes. I hope you’re feeling better.
