Sweet bomb delight

Chocolate dessert

When I am in the mood for sweet I am making a dessert for a cheat day. I mean is a sweet bomb, but once or twice a year I want to have chocolate as much as I want. One of these desserts is this one: sweet bomb delight.

Ingredients:

  • 500 g vanilla pudding
  • Chocolate with nuts
  • Champagne biscuits
  • Chocolate rolls filled with vanilla
  • Small waffles
  • Brandy (only for adults)

Directions:

I used whiskeys glasses for presentation. On the bottom I start putting pieces of champagne biscuits dipped in water. On top, I add 2 – 3 tablespoons of vanilla pudding. Then I arranged some pieces of chocolate and add more vanilla pudding.

I decorated the dessert with chocolate rolls, chocolate and champagne biscuits. I sprinkled some brandy on top of the glass for adults. I made a dessert for my child too and then we went biking so we use all the energy.

Enjoy my sweet delight!

  1. Hi Gabi, What’s in the vanilla pudding? is it an instant milk mix one? The biscuits are sometimes called savoiardi, or sponge finger biscuits. In Australia you can get the waffle tubes from the local supermarket – they come in tins.

  2. Oooh! And I have a “health day” today too! I will absolutely have to try that one!! πŸ™‚ πŸ™‚ πŸ˜€

  3. This looks so good. I’m trying to talk myself into losing weight and this definitely isn’t going to help. The pictures on your blog are beautiful! Thanks for sharing this amazing dessert!
