I try to eat as healthy as possible. Also, I try to be an example for my child so we make together healthy recipes. This is one of them. You can ask your child to help you making it.
Ingredients:
- 1 head cauliflower
- ¼ cup grated Grana Padano cheese
- ½ teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 table spoon dried spinach
- Salt and pepper
- 2 eggs
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 250 degrees C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Break the cauliflower into florets and pulse in a food processor until fine. Put it on a towel to get all the moisture out.
In a bowl, combine the cauliflower with cheese, oregano, spinach, salt, pepper and eggs. This is the part where your child could help. Let him mix it with his hands. Transfer to the center of the baking sheet and spread it. Bake for 20 minutes.
Serve it hot or cold. Enjoy!

How does one dry spinach leaves?
I left them in dry place and dark.
I have very successfully dried them in a food dryer on a low setting.
