Banana and chia smoothie

Is spring time. So, is smoothie time. Another great recipe for a smoothie.

Ingredients:

– 1 banana

– 2 tablespoon chia seeds

– 100 ml water

Directions:

Place the chia seeds and banana in the blender in this order. Process until smooth and then add the water. Leave it for 1 or 2 hours and then serve it. Enjoy!
