Bruschetta with cheese and red pepper

Christmas is knocking at the door. For Christmas morning I invite you to make some 5 minutes recipe for bruschetta. It’s really good and has a holiday flavor.


rye French bread

150 g fat cream cheese

2 tablespoons oregano


Cut the bread and toast it. Spread over the cream cheese. Cut the red pepper and put some pieces over the cheese and then spread oregano over cheese and pepper. For the cream cheese you can mix brie and got cheese or other cheese you really like.  Enjoy!
