I love pudding, especially chocolate pudding. I make it quite a lot for my little boy. This is the easiest and healthiest recipe.
- 1 large avocado diced and sliced
- 1 banana sliced
- 4 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- cocoa powder for decoration
- walnuts for decoration
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 6 tablespoon milk
Put all the ingredients in the blender. Blend it till you have a creamy texture. Pour it in a small bowl and decorate with cocoa powder and walnuts. Serve it fresh or after you leave it in the fridge for 1 hour. You can top it also with fruits or mint. I love it simple. Enjoy!
