Baked salmon with parsley sauce

Baked salmon with parsley sauce

We all know how healthy salmon is. I love baked salmon. I make it very simple with a lot of lemon juice.

Ingredients:

  • Fresh salmon
  • Lemon juice
  • Parsley
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Directions:

Preheat oven. In a Jena glass baking dish put the salmon add salt, pepper and a lot of lemon juice. Turn the salmon so the juice is all over the salmon.

Bake it till the salmon is done and this can be from 15 – 25 minutes.

Meanwhile, place the parsley and the olive oil, salt and pepper in a food processor and pulse it about 10 minutes. If is not to smooth add some lemon juice.

Serve the salmon on top of the parsley sauce.

Enjoy!
