World Vegetarian Day

World Vegetarian Day initiates the month of October as Vegetarian Awareness Month, which ends with November 1, World Vegan Day, as the end of that month of celebration.

Even I eat meat, I will celebrate this day and month with some vegetables photos. Enjoy your day!

  1. There is some wonderful looking produce here, the smultron (wild strawberries) remind me of my time in Stockholm and visits to Ostermalms Hallen (it’s nearly 10 years since I was last there!) but my favourite picture is the one of the leeks; so simple and so perfect!

  2. Finally discovered where your comments were located! Thanks for visiting my diary. Your photos are wonderful. I recently learned September was National Yoga Month, and this month, Vegetarian? Are we becoming healthier? Answer: Maybe?

  3. Hello,

I am Noa Berger, VizEat’s Community Manager (http://bit.ly/Wf1vx3). We connect locals and travellers who’d like to discover a new culture with hosts who welcome them at their home around a meal.

Using VizEat is very easy and straightforward: hosts post their meal (this could also be an aperitif, brunch, wine & cheese, etc.) select a date & price, choose their guests and then share an authentic moment around a home cooked meal!

I love your blog and so would be delighted to discuss a potential partnership. There are numerous mutually beneficial opportunities that we can present to you.

Would you be available for a 10 minute chat so that I can give you more details about the partnership and what we are proposing?

We look forward to welcoming you on board!

    Kind regards,

    Noa Berger
