Because we are trying to eat as healthy as we can, here is a healthy salad easy to do, organic and very delicious.
Ingredients:
3 apples
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground or fresh grated ginger
1 tablespoon juice from a lemon
4 tablespoons blackberry sauce
Directions:
Peel the apples and then grate them on a cheese grater. In a bowl mix the apples, cinnamon, ginger and lemon. Put then on the plate and serve it with blackberry sauce. Enjoy!
