Milk-Cup Red Mushrooms are Lactarius deliciosus also known as saffron milk cap and red pine mushroom. They taste amazing and are one of my favorite to eat and forage.
Usually I cook them like that but today I tried a new recipe. The smell in the kitchen was to die for!
Ingredients:
½ kg Milk-cup Red mushrooms
5 garlic gloves sliced
1 tablespoon vinegar
5 tablespoons oil
Salt and pepper
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 190 degrees C.
In a large non-stick tray put the mushrooms and the garlic. Pour the oil and the vinegar on top of them and season with salt and pepper. Cook in the oven for 15 minutes and the turn the mushrooms upside down. Let it cook for another 10 minutes.
You can serve them hot or cold, with a dip or as a side dish. Enjoy!

Sounds delicious!
