It looks so tasty! In here we have Fastelavn day (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fastelavn) so I didn’t know that it is a pancake day also but by accident this morning I also decided to make pancakes. So nice coincidence. Happy Pancake day! 🙂

Not many people remember that today is Shrove Tuesday.
One of my favorite foods. Although you can have sooooo many toppings, I love mine with just lemon and sugar.

Big pancake lover. Yours looked good! I am putting ‘my’ pancake day on hold for a few days – this week home alone so I am flipping on Friday when I have company. By then I will have decided what toppings to enjoy – so much choice and taste buds just salivating!
