As I said, I am a beginner in the kitchen, so I am choosing easy recipes. So this tart is without sugar and you don’t need to bake it. It takes a little bit of time, but is easy to make.
I was thinking about shooting a tart, but the idea of cooking one was a little bit scary. After I found a recipe on the internet with a tart without baking, I started to prepare everything for the shoot and also for the tart. I used indirect day light coming from a window from left side and a reflector.
Hope you like it. So let’s begin with the recipe.
Ingredients:
250 g biscuits
150 g butter
500 g yogurt
250 g sour cream
250 g sour cherry jam
15 g gelatin
3 pears
Directions:
Use a kitchen robot for the biscuits. Melt the butter and pour it on the biscuits. Mix everything together. In a round tray covered in butter, put the biscuits and press them good. Put the tray in the freezer for 15 minutes.
Dip the gelatin in 10 ml of water. Make whip cream with the sour cream.
In a bowl, put yogurt together with sour cherry jam and mix it very well. Add the gelatin and continue mixing. Pour the whip cream and mix it with a spoon slowly from bottom to top.
After 15 minutes take the tray out from the freezer and pour the yogurt mix. Let it cool down for 2 hours.
Slice the pears and decorate the tart before serving. Keep the tart in a cool place before serving. Enjoy!
I just got into tarts this year and boy have I been missing out
I love tarts. But most of them are a little bit difficult for me. But I will try till I get them.
