Kidney bean salad

For a late dinner or an easy lunch  here is a easy recipe which I love. Don’t worry about calories, it’s really healthy and of course, easy to made.

Ingredients:

1 can of kidney beans, rinsed well

1 onion ,  thinly sliced

4 tablespoons olive oil

4 tablespoons lemon juice

salt

pepper

2 cloves garlic, crushed

Directions:

Whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Add kidney beans, garlic and onions and stir until combined. Enjoy!
