1 can of kidney beans, rinsed well
1 onion , thinly sliced
4 tablespoons olive oil
4 tablespoons lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, crushed
Whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Add kidney beans, garlic and onions and stir until combined. Enjoy!
