For today I will show you a really nice recipe easy to make, very simple and really good. This is also from my mom and she used to make it a lot when I was a child.
- brown sugar 200g
- 3 eggs
- 3 apples
- butter 10g
- crumbs 20g
- 1 baking powder
- white flower 150g
Wash the apples, pill them and then cut them in 3cm pieces. Coat a baking pan with butter and crumbs. Set uniformly the apples in the baking pan.. In a mixing bowl with an electric hand mixer or a standing mixer fitted with a whisk attachment, beat the eggs and sugar. Start slowly. Set the mixer so it goes as fast as possible without splashing.
Mix white flower and baking soda in a glass and then and then add it to the eggs and sugar. Mix it very good. The dough put it over the apples, uniformly, to cover them.
Put the baking pan in the oven until you see a crust. It takes around 20 min at 180 degrees.
After is cooling down, cut the cake as you like it and put it on a plate.
