I got out of the hospital a week ago after staying a week for a nasty pneumonia. When I left the hospital my doctor told me to eat a lot of fresh vegetables and fruits.
For a few days I just ate them after I washed them, but after a while I wanted to change it a little bit. So I thought of a few smoothies that could easy my life.
So, here is a list of them that will get you through the day. Enjoy!
So sorry you had pneumonia. I had it in October, no fun. Also, gorgeous pictures! Just one quick recommendation. Since you are just overcoming a serious illness, the more you can eat cooked foods the better, from a Chinese medicine perspective. Steamed oranges are a great option. you can have it cooked or not. If is cooked is a little soft and easy to blend.
