add a bit of black garlic, chopped red onion and capers and gently fry and add to pasta. OMG. So good! Don’t add to much garlic though.. not so good for sensitive stomachs as I found out last week! 😦

Faith and what is natural to heal is best-using intuition…and only if absolutely needed-taking a pill in my opinion. Herbal medicine is fun to learn about, and reading about antibiotics and synthetic pills, etc. is not-good indication of what makes one feel best.
