  1. The “lowly” onion is oft overlooked and/or unappreciated for its many nutritional benefits. My love affair with onions is long ‘n’ steady … because my body recognizes just how good they are!

  2. The good thing about onions is that are not only very healthy, tasty and indispensable for cooking but that they are cheap too. At least up to now.

  3. add a bit of black garlic, chopped red onion and capers and gently fry and add to pasta. OMG. So good! Don’t add to much garlic though.. not so good for sensitive stomachs as I found out last week! 😦

  4. I really didn’t know any of these benefits! I always thought onions are just those awesome tasting, eye burning, fart causing little balls. I was obviously wrong.

Thank you for enlightening me 🙂

Gotta cook onions with piece of conscience !

  5. Faith and what is natural to heal is best-using intuition…and only if absolutely needed-taking a pill in my opinion. Herbal medicine is fun to learn about, and reading about antibiotics and synthetic pills, etc. is not-good indication of what makes one feel best.
